Today’s Question: How do I control my anger?

Anger management is a key element necessary in all of our lives. Saying the wrong things, when you are angry can ruin relationships. Let me help you get through this.
Hit Pause: When you feel anger starting to rise, walk away from the situation for a few minutes and take some deep breaths. This allows you to cool down before reacting.
Relax: Try meditation, yoga, or progressive muscle relaxation to calm your mind and body when angry feelings arise.
Rebuild: Notice when you have irrational thoughts that amplify anger, like catastrophizing. Replace those thoughts with more balanced perspectives.
Communicate needs assertively: Instead of lashing out angrily, use "I" statements to express your feelings and needs clearly and respectfully.
Exercise regularly: Physical activity can provide an outlet for reducing stress and angry feelings in a healthy way.
Identify triggers: Notice situations, people, or thoughts that tend to spark anger for you. Have a plan to deal with triggers before they lead to angry outbursts.
A good book to read to manage your anger is “Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames”.
