Today’s Question: How do I follow my Dreams?

Everyone has dreams. But why is it that most of us fail to turn them into reality? Well, today I will try to help you out with that.

  • Firstly, you need to set specific, measurable, and achievable goals. Break down your big dream into smaller dreams that you can reach, and actionable steps you can take to make progress.

  • Planning is something that we often underestimate when we try to reach out for our dreams. Making a plan and committing to it is your only solution. Whether you hate it or just don’t feel like doing it, you need to commit when it gets hard. Decide what skills or resources you need to achieve your goals and lay out a roadmap.

  • Another thing you can do, that personally helped me is build a support system for yourself. If you want to walk fast walk alone, if you want to walk far walk together. Try to surround yourself with people who support and encourage your dreams instead of negative nancies.

  • The reality is that you need to be prepared to make sacrifices. Chasing your dreams may require sacrificing a lot of parties, vacations, and weekends. This will all be worth it in the end

  • Lastly, never stop believing in your dreams and adjust your course when needed.

Always remember that dreams don't become reality overnight. Persistence is key. Good luck fellow dreamers, I hope you succeed.
